Patrolman, 1975-79, Corporal, 1980-83, and Sergeant, 1983-88, Baltimore County Police Department. Member, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #4, 1975-. Former member, Board of Directors, Baltimore County Retired Police Association. President, Parkville Business and Professional Association, 2000-. Member, Loch Raven Recreation Council; Parkville Recreation Council. Member, Hiss United Methodist Church. Married; two children.
