Intern (Asper Fellowship Program) with Judge Marvin H. Smith, Court of Appeals. Admitted to Maryland Bar 1978. Member, American and Maryland State Bar Associations; Wicomico County Bar Association (president, 2000). Adjunct faculty (American constitutional government & civil liberties), Salisbury State University, 1985-94. Director, Hebron Savings Bank, 1987-. Member, Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce (president, 1997-98); Leadership Maryland, 1999.
